The Donor Station was designed to enhance charity donation experiences. Balancing security, ease of use and customisation, the design incorporated research, user testing and flexible UI solutions to cater to various hardware types and customer needs.
Replaced manual back-office tables with scalable, per-device control supporting 1,000+ licences. Delivered 60+ wireframe and prototype screens (Jan–Sep 2024), introducing side navigation, collapsible sections, and live previews to reduce complexity and lay the groundwork for retailer self-service.

I redesigned Cybertill’s integrated offer management system, simplifying a complex workflow into an intuitive single-screen process. The update introduced more flexible product management and incorporated customer feedback to ensure a seamless experience.
Gift Company were already integrated customers, and at the time our upgrade path was Magento. I delivered the full frontend build and made a series of UX and design improvements tailored to their needs.
I redesigned the AlleyCatz website to make finding and purchasing school uniforms quick and easy. Post-launch, I resolved a checkout issue using insights from Hotjar and VAS AI, improving the collection process.
